Your peace of mind is important to us. We use precise test equipment, including inductance bridges, LCR meters, and high-accuracy multimeters, alongside a multichannel thermocouple measurement system. Our Clare HAL 103 safety tester handles tests up to 6KV AC and DC and ground bonding currents up to 40A. We also use an environmental chamber for temperature and humidity testing. All our test equipment is calibrated annually, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

RM ferrite cores
From RM6 upwards. We can also provide winding with inter-layer insulation for high voltage transformers and twisted multifilar winding to reduce skin effects.
RM cores can be supplied assembled with any core of your choosing, gapped or ungapped, or supply them to you for self-assembly.
E cores
We can wind all types of E-core, including: ETD,EFD, EE, EF, supplied assembled with any core of your choosing, gapped or ungapped, or supply them to you for self-assembly.
E cores can be supplied unvarnished or varnish dipped.
Toroidal inductors, common mode chokes and transformers
Using our pull winders, we can manufacture these to your requirements.
Sizes from 3mm to 50mm internal diameters. Core material types: Iron dust, Ferrite or any particular material to your specification.
Specialist potted audio transformers
Using nickel cores.
Winding services for actuators and customer-supplied bobbins
