Design and manufacturing process
We do not charge for designs for wound components. Designs remain the property of Primary Windings. As such, we may decide to add them to our list of for sale items or sell them to a third party unless by prior agreement with the customer.
When an initial design has been created, an email will be sent to the customer with design details including costings and an estimated timescale for delivery.
Once agreed, an invoice will be sent. Manufacture will only commence when full payment has been received by Primary Windings.
